This is a brief research in which I tried to briefly explain the care that the Holy Qur’an received during the era of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and all of his honorable companions, may God bless him and grant him peace. I made this research in an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter I made it entitled: About the Holy Qur’an, in which I talked about general investigations about the Holy Qur’an, such as the definition of the Holy Qur’an and the difference between it and the hadith Qudsi and the hadith of the Prophet, then I mentioned a part of the virtues of the Holy Qur’an in general and the virtues of some surahs in particular, and the impact Recitation of the Holy Qur’an to the individual and the group, and I also talked about the writers of the Holy Qur’an and its readers among the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
As for the second chapter, I made it about the care of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about the Holy Qur’an, and in it I showed the intensity of his interest, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the Qur’an, for example, his eagerness to receive the Qur’an from revelation, and his command to memorize the Qur’an and preserve it from forgetting, and his command to improve the voice by reading the Qur’an, and other topics that indicate his care .
By definition, the detection of protein complexes that form protein-protein interaction networks (PPINs) is an NP-hard problem. Evolutionary algorithms (EAs), as global search methods, are proven in the literature to be more successful than greedy methods in detecting protein complexes. However, the design of most of these EA-based approaches relies on the topological information of the proteins in the PPIN. To determine the relationship between chronic hepatitis B virus and autoimmune celiac disease, seventy five patients with chronic hepatitis B virus of ages (8-70) years have been investigated and compared with 50 healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure antiGliadin antibodies IgA and IgG by ELISA test and anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT. There were significant elevation (P<0.05) in the concentration of AGA IgA and IgG antibodies compared to control group. The prevalence of AGA antibodies IgA and IgG was 8% and 9.33% respectively. In this work we reach a compatible agreement between our results and the corresponding experimental results.

Three hundred samples of washing water of vegetables were collected from women aged ( 15- 6o) years from different area in Baghdad governorate and its suburbs include two rural area ( Jaddria in Baghdad university and Al –Wagif in Rashdia) and two urbane area (Mansoure and Escan) . The samples were examined by precipitation method and then by staining method ( Lugols –Iodine stain) .
