This is a brief research in which I tried to briefly explain the care that the Holy Qur’an received during the era of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and all of his honorable companions, may God bless him and grant him peace. I made this research in an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter I made it entitled: About the Holy Qur’an, in which I talked about general investigations about the Holy Qur’an, such as the definition of the Holy Qur’an and the difference between it and the hadith Qudsi and the hadith of the Prophet, then I mentioned a part of the virtues of the Holy Qur’an in general and the virtues of some surahs in particular, and the impact Recitation of the Holy Qur’an to the individual and the group, and I also talked about the writers of the Holy Qur’an and its readers among the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
As for the second chapter, I made it about the care of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about the Holy Qur’an, and in it I showed the intensity of his interest, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the Qur’an, for example, his eagerness to receive the Qur’an from revelation, and his command to memorize the Qur’an and preserve it from forgetting, and his command to improve the voice by reading the Qur’an, and other topics that indicate his care .
This paper seeks to study the link between the fundamentalist evidence based on the observance of governance and interests and the ranks of the three legitimate purposes (necessary, need and detailed). The researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The study reached important results, including that the measurement relates to the three ranks, but predominantly attached to measure the meaning of the need and the need, and the measurement of the semi-formal and semi-predominance improvement. The thermoelectric power as a function of temperature for the Iron-Manganese-Aluminum, Fe-Mn-Al, alloys for manganese concentrations 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10 and 0.20 have been investigated in the temperature range 300 K. to 500 K. these results showed that the thermoelectric power coefficient in hot probe measurements showed that the electrons are the majority charge carriers in these alloys.

Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease highly prevalent worldwide. Recent studies have suggested a role for microbiome-associated gut–lung axis in asthma development. In the current study, we investigated if Resveratrol (RES), a plant-based polyphenol, can attenuate ovalbumin (OVA)-induced murine allergic asthma, and if so, the role of microbiome in the gut–lung axis in this process. We found that RES attenuated allergic asthma with significant improvements in pulmonary functions in OVA-exposed mice when tested using plethysmography for frequency (F), mean volume (MV), specific airway resistance (sRaw), and delay time(dT).
