For in the Holy Qur’an there are vivid examples and speaking models that tell stories of the tyrants who filled the world with tyranny and overwhelmed it with tyranny, and the Holy Qur’an presents these proverbs to people, not so that they may be amused by them, but rather so that they consider and bite with them. For every tyrannical tyrant, he lives within a framework of self-loss, according to him from life he lives and suffices, even without attachment to a principle or an ideal, and in the world of the unconscious with his whims, without any regard for death that is closer to him than his jugular vein, or for an account that does not leave small or great Therefore, the title of my research came to this (Qarun in the Holy Qur’an, “An Analytical Study”), that mighty tyrant who based his behavior on the basis of denying people, either to be superior to them, or to hate them, then to have the queen of tyranny and tyranny, so that it becomes lust that possesses his feelings and feelings. And it controls his mind and heart, then he persists until lust becomes a chronic psychological disease for which he finds no cure, so that God’s punishment is often, physical from it with the psychological, and it may be at times a chronic psychological punishment for which he does not find a cure. Therefore, the end of Qarun was a miserable catastrophe, embodied by the Qur’an in the greatest condition. The Almighty said: We caused the earth to swallow him and his land, so he had no group to help him besides God, and there was no pain. We will be victorious ( ). The research plan was made up of an introduction, three demands, and a conclusion other than this introduction, following the analytical approach that is based on the scientific foundations used in analyzing Quranic texts, and relying on the most important sources of language books, interpretation, rhetoric, and Quranic readings.
The main problem of this research is the delay of implementation of the investment plan projects for the period (2013-2016) and the weakness of the staff ability in the ministries and they don’t have the sufficient experience to carry out the implementation process.
Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the implementation of programs and projects of the investment plan in a manner consistent with the objectives set for them without any wasteful of efforts, time and money. And then identify the problems and obstacles to determine the deviations of the implementation of the specific for each sector according to the criteria of evaluation and the form of cost, quality, time and implementation.<

A novel azo dye ligand namely (2-(pyridin-3-yldiazenyl)naphthalen-1-ol (HPYNA), was synthesized by the coupling reaction of diazonium salt of 3-aminopyridine with naphthol. The palladium(II) complex for HPYNA ligand was prepared by reacting palladium(II) ions with the HPYNA ligand. These synthesized compounds were characterized using different techniques, including mass, 1H-NMR, infrared, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The infrared results show that the azo ligand reacts as a bidentate via the oxygen atom of phenol and nitrogen atom of the azo group. This paper aims to prove an existence theorem for Voltera-type equation in a generalized G- metric space, called the -metric space, where the fixed-point theorem in - metric space is discussed and its application. First, a new contraction of Hardy-Rogess type is presented and also then fixed point theorem is established for these contractions in the setup of -metric spaces. As application, an existence result for Voltera integral equation is obtained.
