The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.

    This paper includes the modification of the attapulgite  by precipitation of iron and aluminum compounds . Attapulgite (Atta) and modified attapulgite (Atta-m) clays are characterized by many  techniques ( FTIR , XRD ,SEM  with EDX ) .The  attapulgite clay before and after modification were used as the adsorbents for adsorption of methyl green (MG) . The results Indicate ,that the percentage of removal (MG) at equilibrium by using (Atta) and (Atta-m) clay were reached to  94% and 97% respectively. A rapid high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of sphinganine (Sa) and sphingosine (So) in urine samples by employing a silica-based monolithic column is described. The samples were first extracted using ethyl acetate and derivatized using ortho-phthaldialdehyde in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol. C20 sphinganine was used as internal standard.
