Nearly two and a half centuries, starting from the beginning of the fourth century AH, which is considered in the eyes of researchers, is the most fertile period that all sciences went through, including Islamic and jurisprudential sciences, and what followed until the year (656 AH), which is the date on which the light of Baghdad entered ( Treasures of science and knowledge) at a time when Europe was going through a stage of complete darkness in what is called the Middle Ages, and for this there is no wonder. If the Islamic State and its capital, Baghdad, became a haven for scholars, jurisprudence and scholars from all over the world, which made it an almost (continuous) target for all the evil hordes from the East and the West..
And if Baghdad fell at the hands of the Tatars in (656 AH), when the occupiers tried to cut the necks of its scholars, and threw its civilizational history towards the Tigris, which made its water mix with the inks of books and their scientific and jurisprudential blogs.
This research investigates the importance of social accounting and the auditor’s report. It basically checks if there is an impact of social accounting on the auditor’s report at the availability the INTOSAI standards No. (1700 and 1706). The study recruited 105 employees of the Federal Financial Supervision Office in Iraq. Data were collected using questionnaire. The questionnaire validity and reliability were checked to assure the truthfulness of the findings. The simple and available technique of colorimetry and indirect X-ray fluorescence determination of tetracycline hydrochloride (in the form of colored complex with iron(III) ions) and cyanocobalamine (in the form of the colored thiocyanate complex with cobalt(II) ions) is offered. The analytes were separated from the accompanying components by sorption to polyurethane foam based on ethers. The conditions of sorption separation and measurement of analytical signal of these substances are optimized. The obtained results of tetracycline drugs and injection solution B12 vitamin are in satisfactory agreement with data declared by the manufacturer.

in infested wheat fields of villages around Erbil, Sulimanya and Dohuk governorates from
April to the end of May 2010, the result showed that a high rat of eggs hatching was 96.3%
within Erbil governorate and its cleared from results that not all laid eggs had been hatched
