Nearly two and a half centuries, starting from the beginning of the fourth century AH, which is considered in the eyes of researchers, is the most fertile period that all sciences went through, including Islamic and jurisprudential sciences, and what followed until the year (656 AH), which is the date on which the light of Baghdad entered ( Treasures of science and knowledge) at a time when Europe was going through a stage of complete darkness in what is called the Middle Ages, and for this there is no wonder. If the Islamic State and its capital, Baghdad, became a haven for scholars, jurisprudence and scholars from all over the world, which made it an almost (continuous) target for all the evil hordes from the East and the West..

Orthogonal polynomials and their moments have significant role in image processing and computer vision field. One of the polynomials is discrete Hahn polynomials (DHaPs), which are used for compression, and feature extraction. The eff ect of partial substitution for lanthanum (La) on the structural properties of the compound Y1-xLaxBa4Cu7O15+δ were studied. The variation of (x) are x=0.1, 0.2 and 0.3, which was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The mixed powder was pressed with pressure (7 ton / cm2) as a disc (1.5 cm) diameter and a thickness of (0.25 to 0.3 cm).
