A disagreement has arisen among scholars regarding the ruling on historical statues and monuments in Muslim countries, especially after the Taliban blew up some huge historical statues, and we have witnessed different positions that reach the point of contradiction, each claiming to be right, and now that the crisis has passed and the intensity of the dispute has subsided, I see It is appropriate to discuss this issue calmly, without drifting behind this or that party, to find out the legal position on these statues and monuments.
I presented the most prominent modern opinions related to the subject and discussed them in this research, which I called (Sharia’s position on historical statues and monuments), in which I tried to reach a fair judgment away from fanaticism and prejudices, and I traced these sayings from issued fatwas, newspapers, television, and the Internet.

The aim of the research is to study the effect of the roundhouse strategy on the achievement of fifth grade secondary school in physics and their pivotal thinking. In this study 100 samples were collected from infected children with acute and chronic tonsillitis who attended to Al-Yarmook Teaching Hospital (ENT consultation clinic) from 5/12/2013 to 1/3/2014. The result of laboratory culture was positive in 67 samples. Depending on their cultural, morphological and biochemical characterization of bacterial isolate of them were identified as (37.31%) belonged to Streptococcus pyogenes and the diagnosis is confirmed by the use of Remel Rapid STR System, (34.32%) belonged to S.parasanguinis, (11.94%) S.mitis, (11.94%) S.oralis and (4.47%) S.thoraltensis . In this study, the effects of blending the un-branched acrylate polymer known as Poly (n-decyl acrylate), and the branched acrylate polymer known as Poly (iso-octyl acrylate), on the viscosity index (VI), and the pour point of the Iraqi base stocks 40, and 60 respectively, were investigated.
