The Fort Munro Formation is well exposed along DG Khan-Fort Munro road, a type locality. The section was measured and sampled for the biostratigraphy, where it has a conformable lower contact with Mughalkot Formation and is underlain by the Pab Sandstone. The total observed thickness was 105 meters, and 26 samples were collected from top to the bottom at random intervals. Fifty thin sections were studied carefully, and five species of large benthic foraminifera, including Orbitoidestissoti, Orbitoidesapiculata, Orbitoides media, Orbitoideshottingeri, and Omphalocyclusmacroporus were identified along with miliolids. In this work we study the influence of the laser pulse energy and ablation time on the aluminum nanoparticles productivity during nanosecond laser ablation of bulk aluminum immersed in liquid.
Aluminum nanoparticles were synthesized by pulsed laser ablation of Al targets in ethanol for 3-8 minutes using the 1064 nm wavelength of a Nd:YAG laser with energies of 300-500 mJ per pulse.The laser energy was varied between 300 and 500 mJ/pulse, whereas the ablation time was set to 5 minutes. UV-Visible absorption spectra was used for the characterization and comparison of products.

Three Seismic Attributes are used to enhance or delineate geologic feature that cannot be detected within seismic resolution limit. These are Instantaneous Amplitude, Instantaneous Phase and Instantaneous Frequency Attributes. These are applied along two defined picked surface horizons within 3D seismic data for an area in southern Iraq. Two geologic features are deduced, the first represents complex channel system at the top of Saadi Formation and the second represents submarine fan within Mishrif Formation. The semblances of these ancient geological features are dramatically enhanced by using flattening technique.

Samples were collected from patients aged between 32-67 years (males and females) in Mosul city hospitals.
