The term of ability (Al qoudra) is of the common terms which used by speech scientists to relate to one of the important verbal issues which called “Fate and destiny”. the issues of fate and destiny has been raised by Muslims since the dawn of Islam and It was researched among speech scientists, there are many opinions about this issues as the man can do or leave anything or he forced to do something that mean he hasn’t ability.
Also the term was used by jurists and they mention to the ability conditions (Assigning the Divine) and when this conditions are not available that means the man is not commissioning, the conditions are Mind, puberty and other conditions which mentioned in the books of jurisprudence, and the general condition are the ability of person to do what god want from him, also this condition and its parts or elements are founded in all parts of jurisprudence books. The same term used in other sciences without any differentiation at the meaning of the term during used in these sciences therefore it’s very important to determine its meaning at these sciences to avoid any confusion or Suspicion.The term of Ability in the speakers means the freedom to choose between doing and leave and this ability is granted by God “Almighty” when God Creation humans but the Islamic jurists means safety of members and other reasons that enable the human to perform commissioning and this ability granted by Natural causes such as lack of health or lack of money and any other things which forbidden connection between the able person and its assigned.The jurists relied on proving this general condition on the basis of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, it’s called many names such as The commissioning rule is unbearable, commissioning possible, Commissioning abstaining and Commissioning unbelievable, the fundamentalists proved that commissioning was also not possible drawing evidence from the Quran, Sunnah and reason so it is necessary to require the ability to commission.
