Also the term was used by jurists and they mention to the ability conditions (Assigning the Divine) and when this conditions are not available that means the man is not commissioning, the conditions are Mind, puberty and other conditions which mentioned in the books of jurisprudence, and the general condition are the ability of person to do what god want from him, also this condition and its parts or elements are founded in all parts of jurisprudence books. The same term used in other sciences without any differentiation at the meaning of the term during used in these sciences therefore it’s very important to determine its meaning at these sciences to avoid any confusion or Suspicion. The term of Ability in the speakers means the freedom to choose between doing and leave and this ability is granted by God “Almighty” when God Creation humans but the Islamic jurists means safety of members and other reasons that enable the human to perform commissioning and this ability granted by Natural causes such as lack of health or lack of money and any other things which forbidden connection between the able person and its assigned. The jurists relied on proving this general condition on the basis of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, it’s called many names such as The commissioning rule is unbearable, commissioning possible, Commissioning abstaining and Commissioning unbelievable, the fundamentalists proved that commissioning was also not possible drawing evidence from the Quran, Sunnah and reason so it is necessary to require the ability to commission.

Urotensin II (UII), a pluripotent vasoactive peptide, is important in developing insulin resistance. This study aimed to determine the level of Urotensin II(UII) in placenta and in the serum of diabetic and nondiabetic women. Methods The blood and placenta tissue collected from 50 ladies had been enrolled in this research ( 25 females with uncomplicated), (25 women with gestati

The Pharmacological Effects of Kappa Carrageenan on Different Human Cell Lines and Genomic DNA: An in vitro study
...Show More Authors

Carrageenan extract is a compound of sulfated polyglycan that is taken out from red seaweeds. Being hydrocolloid in nature, carrageenan has gelling, emulsifying and thickening properties allowing it to be commonly used in the oral healthcare products and cosmetics. Due to its bioactive compounds, carrageenan has been shown to have antimicrobial, antiviral, and antitumor properties. The purpose of this work is to study the probable use of carrageenan on the diseases that are related to oral cavity and on the genomic DNA in in vitro experimental model

In this study, the effects of k-carrageenan on four different cell lines related to the cancer and normal cells which cultured on selective media were done. Moreover, the eff

The outbreak of a current public health coronavirus 2019 disease is a causative agent of a serious acute respiratory syndrome and even death. COVID-19 has exposed to multi-suggested pharmaceutical agents to control this global disease. Baricitinib, a well-known antirheumatic agent, was one of them. This article reviews the likely pros and cons of baricitinib in attenuation of COVID-19 based on the mechanism of drug action as well as its pharmacokinetics. The inhibitory effect of baricitinib on receptor mediated endocytosis promoter, AKK1, and on JAK-STAT signaling pathway is benefacial in inhibition of both viral assembling and inflammation. Also, its pharmacokinetic has encouraged the physicians toward the drug

...Show More Authors

The research aims to identify the factors that affect the quality of the product by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool and to suggest measures to reduce the deviations or defects in the production process. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. I collected data and information from the factory records for two years (2018-2019) and used a scheme Pareto Fishbone Diagram as well as an FMEA tool to analyze data and generate results.
