Urine samples had been gathered from females living in Baghdad city. The sample consisted of 30 females who suffered from U.T.I (Urinary tract infections) and 20 healthy females. The type of urine U.T.I was specified by the emergency lab in Al-Kindy hospital, and alpha tracks were determined by the nuclear track detector CR-39. The concentrations of alpha in 30 urine samples taken from females who had U.T.I ranged from 0.327ppm-1.583ppm, with an average of 0.94965 ppm. The maximum value 1.583 ppm is belonging to females with an aged 57 years old. The results of healthy female concentration ranged from 0.022 ppm-0.459ppm with an average of (0.30855ppm). The study included studying some of the optimum environmental conditions(temperature ,light intensity ) on the production of several green algae Scendesmus quadricauda and Chlorella vulgaris in a selected culture and municipal wastewater . The study also included the recording of growth rate ,doubling time and removal of phosphate and nitrate , maximum rate was recorded to the growth with minimum in doubling time and maximum removal rate of nitrogen-nitrate and phosor- phosphate in each selected culture and municipal wastewater in each species of green algae at 25 C? and a light intensity 380 µ E / m2 / s.

Nowadays, most of the on-chip plasmonic single-photon sources emit an unpolarized stream of single photons that demand a subsequent polarizer stage in a practical quantum cryptography system. In this paper, we numerically demonstrated the coupling of the light emitted from a quantum emitter (QE) at 700 nm wavelength to the propagation mode supported by an on-chip hybrid plasmonic waveguide (HPW) polarization rotator.
