Abstract:

This research sheds light on the major sins (fornication and sodomy) as two crimes that are prohibited by the divine laws, including its conclusion by the Islamic Sharia. Major sins so that life and the universe are organized, and the individual lives a life of chastity and purity free of filth and filth. The Islamic message included a set of preventive measures and remedial methods that, if the ummah were to apply them, they would live a decent life full of noble goals.

In this research, cyclic compounds derived from 2- furfural mercaptan (oxazole, triazoles) were synthesized, and their biological efficacy was measured and compared with standard drugs. Also, their effectiveness as anti-oxidant was measured and compared with ascorbic acid as a standard substance. This research sheds the light on a number of contemporary issues concerning collecting and disbursing Zakat and Alms in mosques, as the issue of selling some endowments in kind through auction and allocate their proceeds in favor of the mosque has been discussed. Moreover, the issues of collecting Alms during Friday(Jumu 'ah prayer) sermon (Khutbah), allocating an amount of the Alms for the mosque where they have been collected and building a mosque outside Islam territories from Zakat funds have also been discussed. 

The researcher has reached  results, that it is not lawfully prohibited to sell some of the endowments in kind in the mosque through auction and the allocate proceeds for the mosque
