Scholars’ confrontation on atheistic thought in modern Turkey Saeed Nursi is an example

The Ottomans ruled Turkey for nearly six centuries, during which the Ottoman Empire passed through varying periods in terms of strength, influence, and the area of land they ruled.  In the last decade of its rule, the Ottoman Empire was severely weakened in all political, military, administrative and economic aspects. In addition to the internal strife that was stirred up by the leaders of the Association (Union and Progression), that organization that led the coup movement against the Ottoman Empire later.

After the abolition of the Sultanate and the proclamation of the Turkish Republic, the social fabric in Turkey changed, and many customs and traditions alien to it emerged to society. One of the things that occurred during that period was the spread of atheistic thought within Turkish society, which helped to support the Kemalist movement with the aim of confronting Islamic thought and movement  The Islamic thought that was hostile to the leftist thought that the Republican People’s Party was espousing, and thus began the conflict between atheistic thought and Islamic thought in modern Turkey.  It was distinguished by its scientific, logical and rationality, and what helped him in that was his study of the natural sciences at the beginning of his educational attainment, those sciences that he used to respond to the suspicions of atheists who relied on them a lot in spreading their atheistic ideas, and his approach was characterized by cruelty and ruthlessness in the face of atheists.

An Evaluation of the "English for Iraq" Course for the Fifth Grade Secondary Schools
...Show More Authors

Providing Iraqi students with proficiency in English is the ultimate goal of the educational system which is a way of getting knowledge in the fields of arts, sciences, transferring knowledge and sciences to other communities. Therefore, conducting such a type of study is very important because the contents of English textbooks have a huge influence on learning of the students. Once the content of English textbooks contain errors as the correct one, this will effect on his/her learning. The present study is an attempt to evaluate the new course entitled “English for Iraq” for fifth grade students for secondary schools, by Olivia Johnston and Mark Farell. It aims to answer eleven questions relating to the following domains: strength, obj

DETERMINING AN APPROPRIATE INITIAL VALUE OF ECCENTRICITY FOR LOW EARTH SATELLITES USING EULER METHOD
...Show More Authors

The major goal of this research was to use the Euler method to determine the best starting value for eccentricity. Various heights were chosen for satellites that were affected by atmospheric drag. It was explained how to turn the position and velocity components into orbital elements. Also, Euler integration method was explained. The results indicated that the drag is deviated the satellite trajectory from a keplerian orbit. As a result, the Keplerian orbital elements alter throughout time. Additionally, the current analysis showed that Euler method could only be used for low Earth orbits between (100 and 500) km and very small eccentricity (e = 0.001).

Comparison between powerful Waterpik flosser with dental floss as an adjunct to tooth brushing
...Show More Authors

Background: Removing dental plaque is important to maintain a good oral hygiene and prevent periodontal disease; this could not be accomplished by the use of toothbrush alone, it needs the help of interdental aids or intra-oral irrigator devices. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of using Waterpik flosser as adjunct to tooth brushing than using the dental floss with the brushing. Materials and methods: A single blind, six weeks study included 45 subjects divided into three groups of 15 subjects at each group. Group B (brushing) was instructed to use the toothbrush only, group BF (brushing & flossing) was instructed to use dental floss and tooth brushing while group BW (brushing and Waterpik flosser) was instructed to use Water

Cysteine-cupped CdSe/CdS quantum dots as an opticalbiosensor for early skin cancer detection
...Show More Authors

This study represents an optical biosensor for early skin cancer detection using cysteine-cupped CdSe/CdS Quantum Dots (QDs). The study optimizes QD synthesis, surface, optical functionalization, and bioconjugation to enhance specificity and sensitivity for early skin cancer cell detection. The research provides insights into QD interactions with skin cancer biomarkers, demonstrating high-contrast, precise cellular imaging. Cysteine-capped CdSe/CdS absorption spectra reveal characteristic peaks for undamaged DNA, while spectral shifts indicate structural changes in skin-cancer-damaged DNA. Additionally, fluorescence spectra show sharp peaks for undamaged DNA and notable shifts and intensity variations when interacting with skin cancer. This

Implementing a novel approach an convert audio compression to text coding via hybrid technique
...Show More Authors

Compression is the reduction in size of data in order to save space or transmission time. For data transmission, compression can be performed on just the data content or on the entire transmission unit (including header data) depending on a number of factors. In this study, we considered the application of an audio compression method by using text coding where audio compression represented via convert audio file to text file for reducing the time to data transfer by communication channel. Approach: we proposed two coding methods are applied to optimizing the solution by using CFG. Results: we test our application by using 4-bit coding algorithm the results of this method show not satisfy then we proposed a new approach to compress audio fil

Flow through an Oscillating Rectangular Duct for Generalized Oldroyd-B Fluid with Fractional Derivatives
...Show More Authors

The analytic solution for the unsteady flow of generalized Oldroyd- B fluid on oscillating rectangular duct is studied. In the absence of the frequency of oscillations, we obtain the problem for the flow of generalized Oldroyd- B fluid in a duct of rectangular cross- section moving parallel to its length. The problem is solved by applying the double finite Fourier sine and discrete Laplace transforms. The solutions for the generalized Maxwell fluids and the ordinary Maxwell fluid appear as limiting cases of the solutions obtained here. Finally, the effect of material parameters on the velocity profile spotlighted by means of the graphical illustrations
