Since the advent of the sunrise of the immortal message, Islamic legislation has always established justice and the right guidance, and has prevented any perversion, injustice or corruption, with a divine system that called in its course the characteristics of the legislation on its general basis and its ability to develop, progressivity, and paving the way with a collective approach, accompanied by the worldly and moral punishment. When the corrupters went too far, reformers were delayed and values were missed; Mankind has been afflicted with the scourge of injustice and loss, and has lost sight of the approach that the Creator of the world has given to the people of the world, for what would guide them in their affairs sooner and later. Today, corruption spreads and legalizes it, it's a global corruption plan, where countries with enormous potential, dragging the East in general, and our countries in particular, into where the abyss is. This calls for a real awakening in order to diagnose the phenomenon of corruption, to determine the treatment of its stages and to reform what has been corrupted by setting the appropriate controls and indicating the means to combat corruption, by drying up its sources, from the head to the base, and by naming corruption as a crime to identify the useful weapons for it, in modern ways that take the lost man's hand and return him to the path of righteousness. Random laser gain media is synthesized with different types of dye at the same concentration (1×10-3 M) as an active material and silicon dioxide NPs (silica SiO2) as scatter centers through the Sol-Gel technique. The prepared samples are tested with UV–Vis spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDX). The end result demonstrates that doped dyes with silica nanoparticles at a concentration of 0.0016 mol/ml have lower absorbance and higher fluorescence spectra than pure dyes. Acinetobacter baumannii is highly adapted to hospital environments, causing persistent chronic infections due to its ability to form biofilms. In this work, the antibiofilm activity of AuNPs with a subMIC concentration of 9.34 μg/ml was investigated by the microtiter plate method against 80 clinical isolates of A. baumannii. The results revealed that the biofilm was significantly (P< 0.05) reduced by 48.2 – 82.1%.

Twenty five samples out of sixty wound swabs taken from burn patients were identified as P. aeruginosabacteria by conventional methods. Antibiotics susceptibility tests were performed against thirteen antibiotics. P. aeruginosa samples were treated with 0.5 mg/ml of Safranin O solution then irradiated with 532nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at four energy densities (0.324, 0.704, 1.380, and 1.831 J/cm2) for different times of 5, 8 and 11 minutes with 5Hz repetition rate. The viability, susceptibility to antibiotic and production of pyocyanin were determined before and after irradiation. The results showed that the number of CFU/ml of P. aeruginosa decreased with increasing the dose of irradiation. Complete killing of cells was observed at 1.8

The researcher also conducts a field study on a sample of the surfers of electronic newspaper sites to see the extent of their evaluation to their design and the degree of their satisfaction.
