مرّ التفسير القرآني بمراحل عديدة وقد ظهرت مدارس ومذاهب وطرق عدة لقراءة النص القرآني وبيانه وتفسيره، ناهيك عن نشأته الأولى التي قادها رسول الإنسانية والمعلّم الأوّل محمد بن عبد الله (ص)، فكان الشارح والمبيّن عن الله سبحانه  قال سبحانه: "وَأنْزَلْنَا إلَيكَ الذِكْرَ لِتُبَيّنَ لِلنَاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إليَهم وَلَعَلّهُم يَتَفَكَرُون"النحل/ 44.

This study aims to identify the role of electronic management in simplifying the work procedures at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The study was based on the random sample of (366) individuals. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaire. The importance of this research lies in assessing the current state of media in Iraq based on international indicators and standards set by the Research and Scientific Exchange Council and UNESCO. Abstract

This study came to clarify the redemption in terms of being a method and a subject of knowledge that has its causes, controls, etiquette and scientific implications for Muslim scholars.
