The idea of the research at first was to find out about the rare occurrence, which is the occurrence of a violation in the same madhhab and between two Shafi’i scholars such as Al-Amadi and Ibn Al-Subki. The scholarly had some brief and then moved on to the fundamentalist violations that occurred between them in the syllabus of the hearing within the chapter on analogy exclusively. The diffuse division (within the sounding and division) of the observer and the debates, or is it confined to the beholder without the debates, Imam Al-Amadi sees the inadmissibility of analogy with the reasons, while Imam Ibn Al-Subki argues that it is permissible, and Imam Al-Amdi sees that the widespread division is an argument for the observer (Mujtahid) rather than the debater (the objector) While Imam Ibn al-Subki sees that it is an absolute argument for the beholder and debater, and Imam al-Amdi sees that the reason is in the original meaning that motivates the legislation, neither on the basis of an affirmative nor an abstract emirate, while Imam Ibn al-Sabbi sees So that the cause is the identifier of the ruling, i.e. it sets up a sign by which the mujtahid infers the existence of the ruling, with the possibility of backwardness, and this means that it is not influential, but rather the influential is God Almighty.
This research examines aspects of Imam Al-Qurtubi's efforts in matters related to the topics of faith that he dealt with in his interpretation (the provisions of the provisions of the Qur’an); and it has been shown that Imam Al-Qurtubi in most of the doctrinal issues dealt with in his interpretation approximates the doctrine of the Sunnis of Ash'aris, Maturids and people of impact. He had responses to some of the teams, such as stereoscopic, karami, and Mu'tazilite, reinforcing the responses with transfer and mental evidence.

The present paper talks about balance between two poems which are the Nouniya for Ibn Zaidoun and Andalusia for Ahmed Shawqi. This study is not claimed to be the first of its kind but we found some artistic aspects that deserve to stop at them. This what makes the two the focus of critics and scholars as well in addition to their emphasis on the unity of the human feelings and immortality through the poet's ability to employ those feelings and emotions in a way that it can express the human soul in every time and place.
