The study aimed to identify the importance of time in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, as well as to identify the relationship between time management and the level of staff functional performance. The research population consisted of the staff members who work in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls in Al-Jadriya for the academic year 2017-2018. This study consists of four sections: section one deals with the theoretical framework of the study. Section two studies the dubbed Turkish TV series. The study focuses on the problem that Iraq is approaching an increasing rate of literacy;the available data refers to a rate of (18% -19%). In addition to the fact that the generalcurrent role of the programs directed to literacy is not actually effective enough to limit the expansion of this rate.

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of the use of project-based learning in the development of intensive reading skills at middle school students.
