Abstract The Kenyan policy towards Somalia was influenced by a set of interrelated factors between the two countries and stemmed from the internal environment and most prominent: the geographical factor, ethnic, cultural, religious, political, economic and security, has been dominated by this policy since independence from the British colonial administration in the sixties of the last century and so far the nature of instability and tension, As the two countries are geographically contiguous and as security risks escalate, Kenya in 2011 rushed military action against Somalia, the first military action by Kenya outside its borders since independence.

Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The local isolated L. mesenteroides bacteria under the optimal conditions of dextran production showed that, the highly production of dextran was 7.7g achieved by using a modified natural media comprised of 100ml whey, 10g refined sugar, 0.5g heated yeast extract, 0.01g CaCl2, 0.001g MgSO4, 0.001g MnCl2 and 0.001g NaCl at pH 6 and 25̊C for 24 hr of fermentation and by using 1ᵡ106 cell/ml as initial inoculums volume. This research aims at identifying the level of Reflective Judgment for University students in term of gender and stage. To this end, the researcher used Khaleel's scale (2016) for the Reflective Judgment. The scale was administered to the sample of the study which is (200) male and female level first-fourth university students. The results have shown that university students are on the level five of the Reflective Judgment, and the first-stage students have reflective judgment more than fourth-stage students.
