Abstract: Various peoples have contributed to building the Islamic civilization through the achievements and creativity of their scholars. In particular, the Kurdish scholars have provided new and great services to the Holy Qur’an that deserves attention. For example, it is no secret that Sheikh Ahmadian, with his interpretation, rendered a great service to the Glorious Book of God. His style is distinguished by modernity, seriousness and objectivity, and represents a lively response to the needs of the Kurdish Muslim people. Due to the importance of Ahmadian’s interpretation of the Qur’an, therefore, I have demonstrated his approach in this research in terms of dealing with his interpretation of the Qur’an with the Qur’an, then with the Sunnah and the sayings of the Companions and Successors, with an explanation of his approach to selection and preference, and his approach to criticism.
The present study dealt with the morphological, anatomical,trichomespollen grains,and ecological characteristics of Caroxylon jordanicola (EigAkhani & Roalson (Amaranthaceae) in Al-Tar Caves, Karbala, Iraq which belongs to the Amaranthaceae family. The results of the present study demonstrated that There are distinctive characteristics of the studied species distinguish it from other species and facilitate its diagnosis. New derivative molecular absorption spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the determination of Al (III) , Mn (II) , individually and binary mixtures . The aim of this model of study is to obtain analytical results characterized by adequate standard of analytical figures of merits through application of derivative Spectrophotometry (dnA/d?n). The two metals acetyl acetonates are chemically stable and are widely used as catalysts . Where Interferences are probable due to very close or nearby peaks or Summits, the Zero – Crossing derivative measurement technique is used to avoid interfering effects between two metals pairs.
There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.
