The current study was designed to remove Lead, Copper and Zinc from industrial wastewater using Lettuce leaves (Lactuca sativa) within three forms (fresh, dried and powdered) under some environmental factors such as pH, temperature and contact time. Current data show that Lettuce leaves are capable of removing Lead, Copper and Zinc ions at significant capacity. Furthermore, the powder of Lettuce leaves had highest capability in removing all metal ions. The highest capacity was for Lead then Copper and finally Zinc. However, some examined factors were found to have significant impacts upon bioremoval capacity of studied ions, where best biosorption capacity was found at pH 4, at temperature 50º C and contact time of 1 hour.

            In this paper the research represents an attempt of expansion in using the parametric and non-parametric estimators to estimate the median effective dose ( ED50 ) in the quintal bioassay and comparing between  these methods . We have Chosen three estimators for Comparison. The first estimator is
( Spearman-Karber )  and the second estimator is ( Moving Average ) and The Third estimator  is ( Extreme Effective Dose ) . We used a minimize Chi-square as a parametric method. This research considers the preservation of environment through recycling old toys. This is achieved by transforming the old toys into educational clothing accessories for kindergarten stages. The research methodology adapts both descriptive and applied approaches. The research questionnaire targeted a sample of 35 teachers to collect information about the waste toys in kindergarten. Also, another sample of 30 teachers and mothers were targeted to measure the suitability of the clothing designs for the early childhood stages.
