There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.

This research revolves around the study of sports press coverage to the third African Youth Games that took place in Algeria from 19 to 28 July 2018. The games featured approximately 3000 athletes from 54 countries who competed in 27 sports. Five sports were qualified for the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina. The aim of this study was to analyze the content of the Algerian newspaper Ennahar El-Djadid by focusing on the discussions of various sports activities during the event. Thus, the descriptive approach and content analysis method were adopted for this research. They were used to highlight the newspaper's interest in this sports phenomenon. The article discusses the spatial analysis of the chemical soil properties that is a key component of the agriculture ecosystem based on satellite images. The main objective of the present study is to measure the chemical soil properties (total dissolved salts (TDS), Electrical conductivity (EC), PH, and) and the ​spatial variability. On 13 November 2020 (wet season), a total of 12 soil samples were collected in the field through random sampling in the Sanam mountain-Al Zubair region south of Basra province, to contain its soil samples components of minerals and precious elements such as silica and sulfur.
