Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.

The study explores the use of ergative verbs in constructing clauses and their impact on the backgrounding of the agent's role in two selected short stories. Contrary to hypothesis No. 1, the research indicates that changes in sentence patterns don't affect the meaning of the process. Additionally, hypothesis No. 2 is refuted as the middle structure is found to highlight the agent's role in the science fiction short story, Terra Infirmum, rather than concealing it as hypothesized for "The Invisible Man." This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. Die Rache ist also ein effizientes, ausgiebiges Thema, das man in der Dramatik, in der Lyrik und auch in der Epik als Theaterzuschauer oder als Leser voller Spannung verfolgt.

Wenn man solch ein Thema verfolgt, wird man stark beeinflusst. Der Leser bzw. Zuschauer bleibt nicht isoliert vom Geschehen und wird innerlich unweigerlich zur Äußerung seiner Meinung gedrängt, gleich ob er sich nun für oder gegen das Verhalten der Gestalten solch eines Werkes stellt.
