This research is about his life in his life. The Status of the Import of the Arts of Information. And the danger lies in the effects that translate in the lives of people from the occurrence of the second life or not to occur, the experimentalists claim in this matter is not tangible and not tried in a sense not proven by science through experience and analysis All that is proven by science from this road is committed to it, and unless proven from this path no one has the right to speak it, and in their view, this is not the way to prove knowledge and facts. The search is based on the consideration of the origin of knowledge. Is it possible to prove without experience something or not? The question is whether religion has a basis or not? Is it important to know this or not?

The research concludes with the liberation of the issue and the concept of the comprehensive science of perception and theoretical and empirical validation, and clarifying the fundamental differences between each. It shows the differentiation of science and the limits of each science. The science is not confined to what is proven by experimentation and sense alone. It also shows the meaning of sense and perception, The theory of the mind, and that it is categorical knowledge and that the experimentalists are opposed to it, it proves that religion is not a lack of mental evidence, and therefore see the divine scholars of Muslims and others based on the issue of proof of duty on the mental evidence, and opponents of what they learned that overlooked the mind and clung to the ears of For modern science based on sensory experience

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF IMPERIAL JAPAN'S PREDICAMENT IN CHINA AND U.S. QUAGMIRE IN POST-SADDAM IRAQ: SIMILARITIES, LESSONS AND IMPLICATIONS
...Show More Authors

This study will first present a series of striking similarities between the imperial Japanese predicament in China and the contemporary U.S. quagmire in post-Saddam Iraq. Second, the study will provide a theoretical perspective on why the two cases share such commonalities. Third, the study will explore the implications of the perspective to international politics, with a focus on the future of the U.S. hegemony. The study is based on the basic understanding that the developing world across regions today has continued to suffer the ongoing single macro-historical process consequent upon the breakdowns of empires as the once-predominant organizational mode of human societies. The analysis argues for the central importance of a stable

DESIGN AND VALIDATION OF A LOW−COST WIRELESS ELECTROMYOGRAPHY SYSTEM : DESIGN AND VALIDATION OF A LOW−COST WIRELESS ELECTROMYOGRAPHY SYSTEM
...Show More Authors

Electromyography (EMG) is being explored for evaluating muscle activity. For gait analysis, EMG needs to be small, lightweight, portable device, and with low power consumption. The proposed superficial EMG (sEMG) system is aimed to be used in rehabilitation centers and biomechanics laboratories for gait analysis in Iraq.

The system is built using MyoWare, which is controlled by using STM32F100 microcontroller. The sEMG signal is transferred via Bluetooth to the computer (about 30m range) for further processing. MATLAB is used for sEMG signal conditioning. The overall system cost (without computer) is about $80. The proposed system is validated using wired NORAXON EMG using the mean root mean squared metho

FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS AND SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF NIFEDIPINEIN PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION: FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS AND SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF NIFEDIPINEIN PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION
...Show More Authors

A new simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method is described for quantification of Nifedipine (NIF) and their pharmaceutical formulation. The selective method was performed by the reduction of NIF nitro group to yield primary amino group using zinc powder with hydrochloric acid. The produced aromatic amine was submitted to oxidative coupling reaction with pyrocatechol and ammonium ceric nitrate to form orange color product measured spectrophotometrically with maximum absorption at 467nm. The product was determined through flow injection analysis (FIA) system and all the chemical and physical parameters were optimized. The concentration range from 5.0 to 140.0 μg.mL-1 was obeyed Beer’s law with a limit of detection and quantitatio

Abstract:

The objective of this study, is to attempt to explain the reality of the Structural Imbalances in the Iraqi Economy during the period of research, by providing a quantitative analysis of the most important types of Imbalances, Which are represented by the disruption in the Productive Structure, the imbalance of the structure of Public Budget, and the imbalance of the Structure of Trade. The problem of the research, is the fact that the economy structure in Iraq has long suffered from an Imbalances in its economic structure, which are represented in the unequal relations between its constituent elements, according to the proportions levels defined by the economic theory.

Relationship Between the structure of Newly Synthesized derivatives of 1,3,4-oxadiazole Containing 2-Methylphenol and their Antioxidant and Antibacterial Activities
...Show More Authors

1,3,4-oxadiazole-5-thion ring (2) successfully formed at position six of 2-methylphenol and five of their thioalkyl (3a-e). Furthermore 6-(5-(Aryl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-2-methylphenol (5a-i) were formed at position six by two method. The first method was from cyclization their corresponding hydrazones (4a-e) of 2-hydroxy-3-methylbenzohydrazide (1) using bromine in glacial acetic acid. The second method was from cyclization the hydrazide with aryl carboxylic acid in the presence of phosphorusoxy chloride. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized from their IR, NMR and mass spectra. The antioxidant properties of these compounds were screened by 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazide (DPPH) and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay

Abstract:

The great expansion of teaching skills requires finding ways and methods to help teachers acquire experiences of all kinds. The researcher found in the subject of the teaching skills for teachers in public and private schools a fertile field for conducting a study that enables the measurement of these skills. Thus, the study aims to identify the skills of teaching lessons for teachers, the difference in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the years of service, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the specialized teachers and non-specialized teachers, the differences in teaching lesson skills for teachers according to the public and private school. Mixed metal ligand complexes is reported with Curcumin (CUM) as a primary ligand and 1:10-phenanthroline (phen ) as secondary ligand. The structures of these complexes are confirmed by using FT-IR and UV- electronic spectroscopies, magnetic moments, melting points , molar conductivity measurements .and the metal % analysis revealed that the complexes analyze indicates a six coordinated as[M(CUM)( Phen)2]Cl, M=Mn (II), Co(II), Ni(II),Cu(II) ,Zn(II) , Cd(II) , Hg(II) and [M’ (CUM)( Phen)2]Cl2 M’= Cr(III) &. Afield experiment was conducted in the college of Agriculture labs Sulaimanya University in 2014 to estimate the genetic variance between 12 genotypes of maize. (SSR) technology was used depending on (PCR) technology. Twenty primers were used for the genetic variance analysis between the studied genotypes and 15 primers showed polymorphic results in repeated experiment caused to experinse 52 alleles which gave 307 bands of range 3.1 by different molecular sizes ranged between 80-1000 pair base the value of PIC reached to phi069 gave high value (0.8785), the range of genetic diversity for studied genotypes reached to (0.625) gave primers pairs phi069 hig value for genetic diversity (0.888). The value of total allele replication ranged at pri
