During his tenure in Iraq, al-Hadjjaj bin Yusif undertook administrative and economic reforms as well as linguistic reform.

The efforts exerted by Abu al-Aswad al-Dawali to control the reading of the Holy Quran were not sufficient, so the melody and error continued and became more pronounced, especially since the letters were written until then without any distinguishing features.

Al- Hadjjaj bin Yusuf realized the seriousness of the continuation of these errors and what he talked with the days of the causes of division and disagreement between the Muslim community ordered his book to put these suspicious characters marks was at the head of the book Nasr bin Asim and Yehi bin Muammar

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

This research is trying to study the Intellectual political structures of the Open Society according to British Thinker –with Austrian origin- Karl Popper (1902-1994). The researcher dealt with the importance of striking proverbs in the Holy Qur’an and their uses and benefits in Islamic education and ethics and between the types of proverbs, so it emerged through the study the following things that the proverbs are of three types: authorized, latent, and transmitted, and it has been shown through the current study that the proverb has conditions that the proverb is not valid except There are five: (realism, clarity, environmental, meaning injury, and good pronunciation). If the example violates these conditions, it is not an example. This study showed that proverbs have a prominent role in persuasion, argument, statement, education, clarity, approximation, education, refinement, correct belief, etc.

Context has occupied a distinguished place as far as the understanding of the texts and deducting the rules from them or analyzing them. The context was considered as one of the important presumptions as far arriving at the desired meanings is concerned.
