The global vision for the future of mankind and societies to achieve supremacy, empowerment and victory is limited to the sincerity of the sincere Islamic vision and its evidence, and this true vision is presented through the texts of the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the concrete reality to achieve victory and empowerment of Islam, and does not respond by tracking the movement of history and its interventions.

The Islamic nation is a nation of survival and continuity with God’s promise and it needs to wake up and alert, and leadership that takes its hand into the path of victory and empowerment, and that this promise fulfills conditions of the most important of these is a promise to those (believe and do righteousness) from his nation (s) and God’s promise is reserved for all Who is based on the condition of this nation.

Complexes of Au (III), Pd (II), Pt (IV ) and Rh(III) with S–propynyle-2- thiobenzimidazole (BENZA) have been prepared and characterized by IR and UV- Visible spectral methods in addition to magnetic and conductivity measurements and micro–elemental analysis (CHN).The probable structures of the new complexes have been suggested.

Biological activity of the carotenoids which are produced fromchemically-mutaed local isolate of Rhodotorula mucilaginosawas studied. The results showed variation of inhibition activity of caritenoids against different types of pathogenic bacteria include, Staph aureus, E. coli, B. subtilis and Salmo. typh., the number declined from 2×107cell/ml to 2×104, 5×104, 2×105, 9×105 cell/ml respectively after 24hour. The produced carotenoids from alocal mutant Rhodotorula mucilaginosa revealed an antioxidant activity as free radical removal of 85.6%. This study included isolation and characterization of extremely halophilic bacteria from Al-Massab Al-Aam region in South of Iraq Fifty isolates were identified by using numerical taxonomy 40 strains belonged to the genus Halobacterium which inclucted Hb. halobium Hb. cutirubrum Hb. salinarium Hb. saccharovorum Hb. valismortis and Hb. volcanii. Ten strains belonged to the genus Halococcus which included Hc. morrhuae Hc. saccharolyticus.
