The study aims to identify the effectiveness of employing microteaching in acquiring teaching skills of students teaching basic stage in Al-Aqsa University. The two researchers used the experimental method and a quota sample consisted of a group of (80) students who were distributed on the university two branches in Gaza and Khan younis and on males and females equally, and on four teaching courses counted (20) students for each. The purposes of this study are to measure masculine's identification among secondary school students, and to examine the significant differences among secondary school students in respect of students age (16-18) year. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire comprised (25) item to measure masculine identification among students: this scale was applied on (100) student who were selected as a sample from four different school at al-rusafa side in Baghdad. The scale then modified to (23) item to be more consistent. The results revealed that there were no significant differences among students based on the variable of age, and the mean of masculine identification showed a high level than the hypothesized mean.

The current research was aimed at the following:
1. Measurement of   Boldness among the students of  university.

2. Identify the differences in Boldness between university students according to variable of Sex (male / female) and variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).

To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of the Boldness that consistent (34) item, and the researcher applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) student of  University.
