What is involved in the ruling for the prohibition of Arabization is due to the lack of religion and the inability to know the rulings and the rituals that occur because of residing in the desert or in the countries of polytheism and infidelity, so it is permissible to reside in the countries of polytheism if the Muslim can freely maintain his religious functions, which include preserving the religion of his wife And his children are not left from Arabization, so it is permissible for him to reside in non-Islamic countries if they do not constitute an obstacle to his fulfilling his legal obligations regarding himself and his family, present and future.

Some of metal compounds have been synthesized of record ligand from aldehid interaction of a substance which is salicyladehyde with another material which is urea. During the analysis of the metal component, The prepared complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR ,UV-visible , conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. this confirms the ratio[1:1] between the metal and ligand. Information pollution is regarded as a big problem facing journalists working in the editing section, whereby journalistic materials face such pollution through their way across the editing pyramid. This research is an attempt to define the concept of journalistic information pollution, and what are the causes and sources of this pollution. The research applied the descriptive research method to achieve its objectives. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community.
