And this decrease is achieved by leaving the duties, or doing forbidden actions
What is involved in the ruling for the prohibition of Arabization is due to the lack of religion and the inability to know the rulings and the rituals that occur because of residing in the desert or in the countries of polytheism and infidelity, so it is permissible to reside in the countries of polytheism if the Muslim can freely maintain his religious functions, which include preserving the religion of his wife And his children are not left from Arabization, so it is permissible for him to reside in non-Islamic countries if they do not constitute an obstacle to his fulfilling his legal obligations regarding himself and his family, present and future.
And since travel to the countries of polytheism and disbelief that afflicted the Islamic nation in the present age and is one of the most prominent of the forbidden Arabization attestations, this research came to open a window on contemporary reality, and what is taking place in it from the blameworthy Arabization.

The aim of the study is to diagnose the real level of technology usage in teaching and learning EFL at university from teachers and students’ viewpoints, and see if it is possible to achieve something of the researchers’ dream - accessing top universities. Two questionnaires have been used to measure the range of technology usage in Colleges of Education for Women, Baghdad and Iraqi Universities, and College of Basic Education. The results have shown that the reality of using technology is still away from the dream. Locally natural occurring Iraqi rocks of Bauxite and Porcelanite (after pre calcinations at 1000oC for 1hr) were used, with the addition of different proportions of MgO and Al2O3, to prepare refractory materials. The effects of these additives on the physical and thermal properties of the prepared refractories were investigated.
