Andalusian literature is a literature in itself that is influenced and influenced, and it did not come out of thin air. Muslim Arabs came from the East to this country for jihad and a desire to live, and they carried with them their beliefs, customs and traditions. They must blend in the new element and its environment, so interference, fusion, diversity and influence actually took place.
It seems to us that the Arabs in the era of the governors in Andalusia (92-138 AH) strived hard to preserve everything that is Eastern. Literature is an oriental model in the content of prose and poetry, but in the era of the Umayyad emirate, we will notice that the environment, the development of ages, and the mixing of civilizations have an effect on a new emergence of poetry and prose in terms of ideas and topics. Poetry was the most responsive field, employment and speed. His verses are a model for presenting topics and creating images and meanings in a way that simulates the Andalusian environment.
The research aims to deal with the life of the poet the father, analyzing his verses, clarifying the new topics that he introduced, and then analyzing the life of the poetess daughter and revealing the face of the poetic relationship and her father. The induction concluded that there is a close relationship between the two poets in the purpose and rhyme of poetry.
In view of the scarcity of the sources that have been translated for them and their scarcity, the research recommended that extensive studies be prepared on the subject of the research and to return to manuscripts that have not yet been verified.

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
The tremendous political transformations that took place in Iraq after 2003 led by the USA and its allies led to a change of its political system under the slogan of liberating Iraq from dictatorship, establishing a democratic system and spreading freedom among members of the society.

Safe drinking water is essential for the present and future generations' health. This study aims to assess drinking water quality in Baghdad's Al-Rusafa neighborhood. Water samples were taken from 32 neighborhoods on this side. The quality of the examined potable water samples differed depending on the water source. The study of important physico-chemical factors of water of Al-Husainia creek during the period of May 2005 till the end of April 2006 indicated that water temperature showed clear monthly fluctuations ranged from 10 C° during January to 33 C° during August. In this paper solar radiation was studied over a region of Baghdad (Latitude 33.3o and longitude 44.4o). The two parts of global solar radiation: diffuse and direct solar radiation were estimated depending on the clearance index of measured data (Average Monthly mean global solar radiation). Metrological data of measured (average monthly mean diffuse and direct solar radiation) were used to comparison the results and show the agreement between them.
