Abstract

Indeed, being busy with the understanding of religion is the best sort of worship that the almighty God has given each period of time a number of scholars and wise men. They receive what has been passed down to them from their great ancestors, and those who are willing to learn will learn, their students preserve their knowledge through teaching and writing. Thus, the scholars were pioneers in this field due to the value and importance of their knowledge. They have strived in learning, explaining, and writing new subjects.

One of those scholars is sheikh (Abdulrahman Al-Penjweni) who passed away 1319 AH in one of the villages of the city of Sulaimani in Iraq. He was one of the wisest scholars, a brilliant investigator, a true worshipper and a humble man. People have greatly benefited from his knowledge and writings. One of his writings in the field of (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) is an important book entitled (The footnote of the scholar Abdul Rahman Al-Penjweni on collecting mosques and explaining it to the local (in the origins of fiqh)

(حاشية العلامة عبدالرحمن البينجوينى على جمع الجوامع و شرحه

للمحلي) this is an amazing book and it’s a crucial  subjects for those who read or study it, but unfortunately it has not received the attention it deserves. It remains in the form of handwriting and is difficult to obtain. Therefore, in this paper, these subjects (Absolute and restricted, apparent and responsible, and overall and shown) (المطلق و المقيد) are mentioned and my research paper consists of two sections:

The first section: studying

The second section: observation

The first Section: contains the academic life of the writer in brief since his life has been studied and observed by some better researchers in order to obtain Masters and PhD degrees. Thus, I have pointed out to his life very briefly and left out the details for the reasons that I mentioned.

The second section: which contains observing the information, my way of observation is the same as the wise scholars with consideration of all the university’s regulations for observing the written scripts.

Efficiency Enhancement of a Dual-axis Solar PV Panel Tracker Using Water-Flow Double Glazing Technique
...Show More Authors

The fall angle of sun rays on the surface of a photovoltaic PV panel and its temperature is negatively affecting the panel electrical energy produced and efficiency. The fall angle problem was commonly solved by using a dual-axis solar tracker that continually maintains the panel orthogonally positioning to the sun rays all day long. This leads to maximum absorption for solar radiation necessary to produce maximum amount of energy and maintain high level of electrical efficiency. To solve the PV panel temperature problem, a Water-Flow Double Glazing WFDG technique has been introduced as a new cooling tool to reduce the panel temperature. In this paper, an integration design of the water glazing system with a dual-axis tracker has been ac

Efficient Energy Management for a Proposed Integrated Internet of Things-Electric Smart Meter (2IOT-ESM) System
...Show More Authors

In this work, an efficient energy management (EEM) approach is proposed to merge IoT technology to enhance electric smart meters by working together to satisfy the best result of the electricity customer's consumption. This proposed system is called an integrated Internet of things for electrical smart meter (2IOT-ESM) architecture. The electric smart meter (ESM) is the first and most important technique used to measure the active power, current, and energy consumption for the house’s loads. At the same time, the effectiveness of this work includes equipping ESM with an additional storage capacity that ensures that the measurements are not lost in the event of a failure or sudden outage in WiFi network. Then then these measurement

The dynamic development of computer and software technology in recent years was accompanied by the expansion and widespread implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) based methods in many aspects of human life. A prominent field where rapid progress was observed are high‐throughput methods in biology that generate big amounts of data that need to be processed and analyzed. Therefore, AI methods are more and more applied in the biomedical field, among others for RNA‐protein binding sites prediction, DNA sequence function prediction, protein‐protein interaction prediction, or biomedical image classification. Stem cells are widely used in biomedical research, e.g., leukemia or other disease studies. Our proposed approach of
