The research aims to identify the level of emotional reassurance and level of family climate at
the students of kindergarten Department.

The two researchers built a measure of emotional reassurance and consisting of (26) items and
the scale of family climate consisting of (30 ) items .
The applied Statistical methods:
The two researchers used the statistical bag spss and they used t-test and Pearson correlation
coefficient and analysis of variance and Alpha -Cronbach .
The results showed : The students of kindergarten Department have a high level of
emotional reassurance and good family climate and there is a relationship between emotional
reassurance and family climate .

This study aims to (1) identify the level of job enrichment and organizational cynicism among workers in some youth and sport forums, and (2) identify the influence the job enrichment in the organizational cynicism from their perspective. A descriptive survey was used to guide this study. The study included 478 workers who were randomly selected from the youth and sport forums in Baghdad City in 2019. The current study aims to investigate the effect of (SWOM) strategy on acquiring the psychological concepts of educational psychology course and its retention among education college students. To do this, a sample of (57) male and female student were intentionally selected from first grade, Kurdish department / college of education / Ibin Rushd of human sciences. This study presents the design of flash-lamps for pumped solid-state lasers. In this research have been study some of characters for flash lamp. The optimum pressure operation is found using different flash lamps about (600-4000) mbar. In conclusion, it was shown that the increase in pressure due to improve efficiency of radiation and decrease of temperature.
