Style in contemporary Iraqi painting before and after the war

What happened on the Iraq war in 2003 put the problematic about what can happen from a shift in the style of individual or collective in contemporary Iraqi art similar to what is known in the history of the modern art world.

It wanted the researcher to identify this dilemma in academic study looking for an explanation of this Alastfhamat from the entrance of the definitions shows laparoscopic destination, as it determines the address (b style in painting contemporary Aeraa before and after the war) was a comparative analysis, through a choice of two Iraqi artists who have production style known sets since before the war, in order to read the transformation that took place in art before and after their tactics, and in order to offer academic research topic has Achtlmt study on the four chapters in the order the following:

The first chapter was a general framework for research and identified him problematic research and the importance of research. Then determine the goals of the study concerned with stylistic shifts that documented a critical stage of the transformation of the trends and methods of drawing in Iraq and represents a base for future data for a period of the era did not embody and taught academic research, followed by establishing limits Find three (thematic, temporal and spatial) then then determine the terms related to title.

The second chapter: it included a cognitive or conceptual framework and indicators resulting from the academic theory of the subject. The researcher has identified implied addresses within this chapter include reading Find placed according to their frames different tariff was as follows:

  • Introduction to the concept of style: and it has been extrapolated about historically themed style.
  • representations style of painting throughout history: The third chapter has been allocated to research procedures revealed a thoughtful community and the sample selected him (four panels of two artists from then determine the search tool and methodology to determine the subsequent sample analysis.
  • Chapter IV of this chapter contained the results of the sample and the reflected conclusions about which of them was the analysis:
  • artists relied on abstraction and reduction of the details of shapes and referral to a function symbols on them.
  • shepherd artists foundations and element composition by relying on their own style.

Based on advanced results, the researcher found a set of conclusions from them.

  • represents the style of each artist's dominant power within the text Plastic.

• lies the effect of a change in the type of direct controls on the style of the artist is the dominant external frame which determines the state of the technique

Comparative Study between Different Oil Production Enhancement Scenarios in an Iraqi Tight Oil Reservoir
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a comparative study between different oil production enhancement scenarios in the Saadi tight oil reservoir located in the Halfaya Iraqi oil field. The reservoir exhibits poor petrophysical characteristics, including medium pore size, low permeability (reaching zero in some areas), and high porosity of up to 25%. Previous stimulation techniques such as acid fracturing and matrix acidizing have yielded low oil production in this reservoir. Therefore, the feasibility of hydraulic fracturing stimulation and/or horizontal well drilling scenarios was assessed to increase the production rate. While horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing can improve well performance, they come with high costs, often accounting for up t

Expression of ebv latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) in Iraqi women with cervical carcinoma
...Show More Authors

The design of this paper is to find the possible correlation of Epstein Barr virus infection ina group of Iraqi women with cervical carcinoma though detection of Latent Membrane Protein 1 (LMP1) in these cervical tissues. Paraffinized blocks of two groups were included. The first sample of 30 cervical carcinomatous tissues and 15 biopsies from an apparently normal cervical tissues. All the samples were sectioned on a positive charged slides with 4 mm – thickness then submitted for immunohistochemical (IHC) staining to detect viral LMP1 expression. Sixty three percentage (19 out of 30) of the studies group showed positive overexpression as shown in with a significant association of the expression with cervical cancer with a significant ass

Dysregulation of Micro RNA-155 as a Biomarker in Iraqi Patients with Prostate Cancer
...Show More Authors

Chronic inflammation can induce proliferative events and posttranslational DNA modifications in prostate tissues through oxidative stress. The miR-155 expression is abnormally increased in tumors. Therefore, this study aims to explore the clinical significance of serum TNF-α and IL-1α as well as miR-155 expression in prostate cancer (PC) patients.

A total of 50 blood samples from patients diagnosed with prostate cancer were collected from the Oncology Department, Baghdad Teaching Hospital, along with samples from 50 healthy volunteers. Serum TNF-α and IL-1α levels in Iraqi males with prostate cancer were estimated by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent

assay (ELISA). The total RNA was extracted from all subjects and con

Determanation of Several Biochemical Parameters in Sera of Iraqi Patients with type 2 Diabetes
...Show More Authors

Diabetes mellitus, or simply diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (increased thirst), and polyphagia (increased hunger). The aim of the study is to measure several biochemical parameters in T2DM patients and the effect of these parameters in development the disease. Laboratory investigations including Ceruloplasmin , fasting blood glucose (FBG) , malondialdehyde (MDA), serum protein, uric acid, and protein electrophoresis have been measured in patients with type

Evaluating TLR4 Gene Expression to Monitor Disease Progression in Iraqi Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
...Show More Authors

Background: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) play a significant role in the activation of adaptive immunity and may have an essential role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Objectives: To assess the gene expression of TLR4 in individuals with RA compared to healthy individuals. Methods: From July to December 2022. A total of 100 individuals were encompassed in the study, consisting of 50 individuals diagnosed with RA, of whom 42 were females and 8 were males, with an average age of 45.22 years. Additionally, there were 50 healthy control participants, 40 of whom were females and 10 were males, with an average age of 45.64 years. To assess the TLR4 transcript levels, blood samples were collected from each participant, and RN

Evaluation of TLR-2 sera levels in a sample of Iraqi pulmonary TB patients
...Show More Authors

The non-specific response of immunity has developed as the initial barrier for human protection from invading pathogens, which comprises certain pathogen recognition receptors (PRR) for instance toll-like receptors (TLRs). Toll like receptor 2 (TLR 2) is capable of recognizing pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMP) coded by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. To evaluate TLR 2 level in sera of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients. About 120 subjects, involving 80 patients with pulmonary TB including 40 multiple drug resistance (MDR), 20 recently diagnosed pulmonary TB (RD) and 20 recurrent TB patients named as old cases (OC), in addition to 40 apparently healthy individuals were studied as control group. Sera from 68 TB patients

Interleukin 2−330 single nucleotide polymorphism association with type 1 diabetes in Iraqi patients
...Show More Authors

Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is an autoimmune disease with chronic nature resulting from a combination of both factors genetic and environmental. The genetic contributors of T1D among Iraqis are unexplored enough. The study aimed to shed a light on the contribution between genetic variation of interleukin2 (IL2) gene to T1D as a risk influencer in a sample of Iraqi patients. The association between IL2−330 polymorphism (rs2069762) was investigated in 322 Iraqis (78 T1D patients and 244 volunteers as controls). Genotyping for the haplotypes using polymerase chain reaction test – specific sequence primer (PCR-SSP) for (GG, GT, and TT) genotypes corresponding to (G and T) alleles were performed. A significant association revealed a decreased freq
