The study aimed at identifying hybrid education and employing educational technology, and increasing direct and indirect interaction with teachers and learners and with the educational content. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey approach to suit the nature of the study and the study sample was from the students of Anjal schools and the study sample was (50) students from Sixth grade students and the results showed that teaching using the traditional method (direct leadership) leads to an improvement in the student’s learning levels in learning motor skills in individual and team sports, and the study recommended that providing the necessary technological devices and tools to work in the Faculties of Physica

         The varied thermal conductivity (insulation) of silica aerogel with heating for different pH has been investigated, it has been depended on ambient pressure drying method in the preparing silica aerogel samples, also six different pH of samples (1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9) were treated under five degree of heating with (50,100,150,200 and 250) ᴼC. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses.
