The aim of the research is to identify both the re-engineering of management processes and the strategic decision-making process in the research community and determine the nature of the correlation between the two variables and know the relationship between them to achieve the research goal. It further aims to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at a significance level (α≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample.
