The nonhomogeneous higher order linear complex differential equation (HOLCDE) with meromorphic (or entire) functions is considered in this paper. The results are obtained by putting some conditions on the coefficients to prove that the hyper order of any nonzero solution of this equation equals the order of one of its coefficients in case the coefficients are meromorphic functions. In this case, the conditions were put are that the lower order of one of the coefficients dominates the maximum of the convergence exponent of the zeros sequence of it, the lower order of both of the other coefficients and the nonhomogeneous part and that the solution has infinite order. InSb alloy was prepared then InSb:Bi films have been prepared successfully by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate at Ts=423K. The variation of activation energies(Ea1,Ea2)of d.c conductivity with annealing temperature (303, 373, 423, 473, 523 and 573)K were measured, it is found that its values increases with increasing annealing temperature. To show the type of the films, the Hall and thermoelectric power were measured. The activation energy of the thermoelectric power is much smaller than for d.c conductivity and increases with increasing annealing temperature .The mobility and carrier concentration has been measured also.

Carbon nanoparticles are prepared by sonication using carbon black powder. The surface morphology of carbon black (CB) and carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) is investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The particles size ranges from 100 nm to 400 nm for CB and from 10 nm to 100 nm for CNPs. CNPs and CB are mixed with silicon glue of different ratios of 0.025, 0.2, 0.05, and 0.1 to synthesis films. The optical properties of the prepared films are investigated through reflectance and absorbance analyses. This study was carried out to find out the effect of germination of broad beans and chickpeas seeds for different periods on their antinutritional factors content ( Trypsin inhibitor and Phytic acid ) and the chemical constituents of germination seeds compared with the control samples (ungerminated seeds) . The average concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Co, Ni, Cr, Cd and Zn) in soil of North Refineries Company (NRC) at Baiji and around were determined in 29 selected locations using GPS. The pickings up of samples were carried out in three periods in 2012 in January, March and July. The concentration levels of determined heavy metals shows values within or lower than many researchers.
