Our dear country faces many and varied challenges aimed at its history, civilization, its people, the scourge of drugs and psychotropic substances and their misuse. Therefore, we have a historical, ethical and professional responsibility to coordinate efforts and cooperation between all concerned to protect the Iraqi society from the threat of this scourge. Creative sources have varied in the variety of expressive means in politics, literature and the arts, in their style and technical treatment of various topics with innovative manifestations and intuitive interactive with visions as well as influences Psychological expressive descriptions of visual scene, it is one of the media and propaganda that contribute to the raising and development of political and intellectual awareness of the recipient because of its power to address the minds and souls of various levels expressive and aesthetic, social, artistic and intellectual that revealed the achievement of psychological significance through form, color and importance To achieve the direct excitement and sensitivity of the recipient's sensory perceptions, and to stimulate his awareness in delivering the content of the advertising message as one of the most important media and propaganda, as it contributes to the raising and development of political and intellectual awareness A citizen's awareness, as an epistemological and emotion connotation of identity Existence based on the composition in the realistic formulation of the situation, , the harmonization of form and content and stylistic and technical processing in loading the descriptive moment expressive forms with inflammatory, guiding and educational objectives for the recipients ... The most important findings and recommendations of the research Initiation of the idea was a clear method chosen to deliver the media message without linguistic or visual obstacles
1-the convergence of content as guidance and guidance in the poster a clear expression of the weakness of design visions.
. 2-Lack of use of typographical vocabulary (such as image, drawing, color, writing) and limited ideas in designing innovative ideas
3-The recommendations were followed by Try to provide design ideas with meanings and indications of health, religious or national expresses the reality of Iraqi society and methods away from the complexity and exaggerated formalism
1-Innovate ways to deepen the relationship between form and meaning in the design of the poster in terms of benefiting from the human community activity that is enjoyed by people around the world

Experimental and finite element analysis of reinforced concrete multi-cell box girders retrofitted with carbon fiber reinforced polymer strips under torsion
...Show More Authors

This study expands the state of the art in studies that assess torsional retrofit of reinforced concrete (RC) multi-cell box girders with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) strips. The torsional behavior of non-damaged and pre-damaged RC multi-cell box girder specimens externally retrofitted by CFRP strips was investigated through a series of laboratory experiments. It was found that retrofitting the pre-damaged specimens with CFRP strips increased the ultimate torsional capacity by more than 50% as compared to the un-damaged specimens subjected to equivalent retrofitting. This indicated that the retrofit has been less effective for the girder specimen that did not develop distortion beforehand as a result of pre-loading. From

The Effect of Nutritional Status on Mesiodistal and Bucco-Lingual (Palatal) Diameters of Primary Teeth among Five Years Old Kindergarten Children
...Show More Authors

Background: Malnutrition in human life may adversely affect various aspects of growth at different stages of life. Teeth are particularly sensitive to malnutrition. Malnutrition may affect odontometric measurement involving tooth size dimensions. The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of nutrition on teeth size dimension measurements among children aged 5 years old. Materials and methods: This study was conducted among malnourished group in comparison to well-nourished group matching with age and gender. The present study included 158 children aged 5 years (78 malnourished and 80 well-nourished). The assessment of nutritional status was done by using three nutritional indicators, namely Height-for-age, Weight-for-age and Weight-fo

Synthesis, characterization, and antimicrobial evaluation of new Schiff bases derived from vanillic acid conjugated to heterocyclic 4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol
...Show More Authors

A multistep synthesis was established for the preparation of a new vanillic acid-1, 2, 4-1triazole-3-thiol conjugate (4). Finally, several aromatized aldehydes reacted with compound (4) to produce Schiff bases derivatives (5–11). The purpose of this research is to prepare new vanillic acid derivatives with 1, 2, 4-triazole-3-thiol heterocyclic ring structures and to evaluate their antimicrobial activity in a preliminary assessment. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) were used to verify the structures of the newly synthesized compounds. all the final synthesized compounds (

The effect of model scale, acceleration history, and soil condition on closed-ended pipe pile response under coupled static-dynamic loads
...Show More Authors

This paper analyzes the effect of scaling-up model and acceleration history on seismic response of closed-ended pipe pile using a finite element modeling approach and the findings of 1 g shaking table tests of a pile embedded in dry and saturated soils. A number of scaling laws were used to create the numerical modeling according to the data obtained from 1 g shake table tests performed in the laboratory. The current study found that the behaviors of the scaled models, in general have similar trends. From numerical modeling on both the dry and saturated sands, the normalized lateral displacement, bending moment, and vertical displacement of piles with scale factors of 2 and 35 are less than those of the pile with a scale factor of 1 and the

Enhancing ionic conductivity, mechanical stability and electrochemical properties simultaneously by integrating POSS-PEG13.3 hybrid nanoparticles into PEO-NaClO4 solid polymer electrolytes
...Show More Authors

The increasing global energy demand and environmental concerns necessitate the development of sustainable energy storage solutions. Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as a promising alternative to lithium-ion batteries due to the abundance and low cost of sodium. This study investigates the impact of incorporating hybrid nanoparticles, specifically polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane- poly(ethylene glycol) (POSS-PEG(13.3)), on the performance of polyethylene oxide (PEO)- sodium perchlorate (NaClO4) based solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs). The results demonstrate that the incorporation of POSS-PEG(13.3) effectively disrupts the crystallinity of the PEO matrix, as confirmed by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry analyses.
