Abstract

The study aims to reveal the level of inclusion of citizenship values in the English language textbooks (We Can) series for elementary education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this objective, the "content analysis" methodology was used. A content analysis card was designed to include (6) main areas of citizenship values, it consisted of (28) sub-indicators of citizenship values that were supposed to be included in the English language textbook series (We Can) for elementary education. In this study, SnS thin films were deposited onto glass substrate by thermal evaporation technique at 300K temperature. The SnS films have been prepared with different thicknesses (100,200 &300) nm. The crystallographic analysis, film thickness, electrical conductivity, carrier concentration, and carrier mobility were characterized. Measurements showed that depending on film thickness. The D.C. conductivity increased with increase in film thickness from 3.720x10-5 (Ω.cm)-1 for 100 nm thickness to 9.442x10-4 (Ω.cm)-1 for 300 nm thicknesses, and the behavior of activation energies, hall mobility, and carrier concentration were also studied.

The thermoelectric power (S) of thermal evaporated a-InAs films

were measured in the temperature rang (303-408) K.

These films were prepared at different thickness (250,350,450) nm and treated at different annealing temperatures (303,373,423,473,523) K.

The behaviour  of the thermoelectric power  studies of these films

as  a  function  of  thickness  and  annealing  temperature  showed  the thermoelectric  power an increasing trend with annealing temperature

,whereas it decreases as the film thickness increases.

   The Manganese (Mn) thin films of obliquely and normal deposited were prepared by using thermal evaporation method at pressure 10-5 torr on glass substrate at room temperature. The optical properties of normal and obliquely deposited films are studied and also the effect of deposition angle on these properties. The deposition angle has great influence on the increase of the absorbance, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient and imaginary dielectric constant and the decrease of the transmittance, reflectance, refractive index and real dielectric constant.
 

PVC-LiF composites films with different lithium fluoride (LiF) concentrations (0, 30, 50, and 70 weight %) were prepared by using the casting method. This research deals with the investigation of dielectric properties for PVC-LiF composite films as a function of frequency and temperature in the ranges of 100 to 10⁷ Hz and 293 - 370 K, respectively. The A.C activation energy values estimated from Arrhenius equation were 0.03820, 0.3174, 0.2009, and 0.1845 eV for the different PVC-LiF films with different LiF concentrations, respectively.  It was found that the activation energy decreases by increasing LiF concentration and frequency.
