Objective: This study aims to evaluate nurses' practices regarding electronic nursing documentation

Methodology: 40 nurses have been chosen for a pre experimental sample using a non-probability (purposive) method between November 20, 2021, and March 1, 2023. The pretest and posttest comparisons included the same group that had been exposed to the software.

Results : table the nurses' practices toward electronic nursing documentation was described as poor and fair it means that nurses practices need to be improved and developed by an interventional program. there is no significant differences between age, gender and years of employment variables and nurses practices.

Groundwater is an important source of fresh water especially in countries having a decrease in or no surface water; therefore itis essential to assess the quality of groundwater and find the possibility of its use in different purposes (domestic; agricultural; animal; and other purposes). In this paper samples from 66 wells lying in different places in Baghdad city were used to determine 13 water parameters, to find the quality of groundwater and evaluate the possibility of using it for human, animal and irrigation by calculating WQI, SAR, RSC and Na% and TDS indicators. As the ability to aggregate is atributed to many factors such as the availability of macromolecules and plasma lipids, the role of plasm lipid profile on RBC aggregation and sedimentation changes in normal and diabetic patients is studied.Also serum lipid profile measurement (Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL, LDL, VLDL) in normal and diabetic subjects were made.
