Olmesartan medoxomil (OM) has low bioavailability and limited solubility. To enhance bioavailability, fast dissolving films (FDF) with mixed micelles of soluplus (SPL) and solutol HS15 (STL H15) were developed using solvent casting. The optimised formula, FM2, used polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and showed high entrapment efficiency, rapid disintegration, and significant improvement in OM bioavailability compared to the market tablet (Olmetec®). FM2 also demonstrated stability and potential for enhanced drug delivery.

Nano particles of Cadmium Oxide (CdO) thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique. The synthesized film is annealed at (200 , 300, 450) o C for 3 hours .  The XRD and AFM for the analysis of its structural and micro-structural characteristic has been preformed. The average grain size was found to be about 32.50 nm .There is a preferred orientation along (200)   plane  with texture coefficient 1.79, 1.644, 1.763 and 1.792  for deposited and annealed films, corresponding to grain size 57,58 ,51 and 51 nm. The variations of stress with temperature is ranged from 0.157 - 0.376 GPa .

The effect of annealing on the structural and optical properties of Antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) is investigated. Sb2S3 powder is vaporized on clean glass substrates at room temperature under high vacuum pressure to form thin films. The structural research was done with the aid of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The amorphous to the polycrystalline transformation of these thin films was shown by X-ray diffraction analysis after thermal annealing. These films' morphology is explained.   The study focused on the results of first paleostress from thrust fault slip data on Tertiary age of Hemrin North Structure, North of Iraq. The stress inversion was performed for fault slip data using an improved right dihedral model, and then followed by rotational optimization (Georient Software). The trend of the principal stress axes (σ1, σ2 and σ3) and the ratio of the principal stress differences (R) show the main paleostress field is NE-SW compression regime.
