Children who have a health problem need special requirements for their clothes. The purpose of the study is to design functional and aesthetic clothes to meet their needs. The research used the applied descriptive approach. The research sample comprised 120 women whose children suffered from hip dislocation. Designs for injured children presented and submitted to the arbitrators for evaluation regarding the functional and aesthetic aspects. The finding was achieving the design solutions. The most important recommendations are to increase attention to designing clothes to suit all the needs of society.

     An α-fractional integral and derivative of real function have been introduced in new definitions and then, they compared with the existing definitions. According to the properties of these definitions, the formulas demonstrate that they are most significant and suitable in fractional integrals and derivatives. The definitions of α-fractional derivative and integral coincide with the existing definitions for the polynomials for 0 ≤ α < 1. The locations of the Moon, velocity and distance were determined through hundred years using a modified formula Meeus 1998, which is used to calculate the orbit's elements, Additionally which allows us to specify the possible date for monitoring the crescent moon. In this project we describe the orbits, orbit types and orbital elements than describe the orbit of the Moon and the perturbations effect on shape and direction of the Moon's orbit, the orbital elements effect by the all perturbation were calculated directly using empirical formula. The orbital elements of the Moon's orbit for 1326 anomalies months are calculated by our Q. Basic programs and the time variation of the Moon's orbital element with perturbations can be computed by
