Abstract

Prais be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and prayers and peace be upon our faithfull Prophet …. I wrote this Research entitled (The Imam Shams AL-din Abdulrahman Bin Qudamah AL-Maqdsi (died: 682 A.H) Slections in  Slections in proving contract annulment choice (AL-tassriah)and its duration which Iclarrified the reason of choosing this title and my method in writing Morever, a brief  Overriew of the life of Imam Shams AL-din Bin Qudamah and the meaning of (AL-tassriah)and whether it proves to the buyer to return it, beside the duration which (the tassriah) proven, and a conclusion in which I showed the results I reached and some recommendations that some researchers in the field of Jurispruden

Prayer It is the second pillar of Islam, which is what Allaah erases sins, the Prophet, peace be upon him say: "Do you see if the river at the door of you wash it every day five, what it says: it keeps dirt," they said, does not keep the dirt something, He said: «That is like the five daily prayers, Allaah erases sins", Bukhari (1/112), and the places and times supervised thanks to worship them, was to pray at the three mosques (the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and the Al-Aqsa Mosque) private virtue from the rest of the mosques and this virtue include the obligatory prayers and Voluntary Prayers.

The objective of this study is to determine the sources of growth of the cement industry in Iraq for the period 1990-2014 and to indicate the nature of the technological progress used in it. To achieve this objective we have built an econometric model, by adapting the production function constant elasticity for substitution, using multiple regression, and enforcement, SPSS program, and using the ordinary least squares method (OLS).
