        In many countries there are national committees for the implementation of international humanitarian law that aim to advise and assist their governments in implementing international humanitarian law and spreading knowledge about it. The responsibility for the formation of these committees rests with the states, supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross, as one of the ways to ensure the effective implementation of international humanitarian law. The national committees for international humanitarian law seek to urge governments to implement and ensure respect for international humanitarian law and to contribute to its enforcement and dissemination at the national level.

This study aims to reveal the semiotic of “March of Return” cartoon in the Palestinian journalism, topics, Symbols and semantics that were covered.
This study is descriptive. It uses the survey method. Content analysis, and methodological comparison was also used.

The researcher chose an intentional sample of Palestine and Al-Hayat Al-Jadida newspapers for one year from March 30, 2018 to March 31, 2019, through a comprehensive inventory of all cartoons of the return marches during this period, which amounted to 59 cartoons.

In this paper, the main work is to minimize a function of three cost criteria for scheduling n jobs on a single machine. We proposed algorithms to solve the single machine scheduling multiobjective problem. In this problem, we consider minimizing the total completion times, total tardiness and maximum tardiness criteria. First a branch and bound (BAB) algorithm is applied for the 1//∑Ci+∑Ti+Tmax problem. Second we compare two multiobjective algorithms one of them based on (BAB) algorithm to find the set of efficient (non dominated) solutions for the 1//(∑Ci ,∑Ti ,Tmax) problem. Background: Invasive fungal infections have become more common during the past two decades. Candida species are the most common human fungal infections. Internal injuries characterize these infections because of virulence factors, such as gliotoxin, which is a fungal toxin that is thought to be antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral.
