The Interchange of Sign Transformation between Locality and Universality in the Iraqi Theatre, "Romeo and Juliet in Baghdad Show" - A Model
...Show More Authors

The research deals with the interchange of the sign transformed from the universal to the local in the theatrical show through the direction processing in the production of a communicative artistic discourse and message, thus making the process of reading the speech and recognizing it by taking into account the cultural differences, customs and local rituals of each country, region, or area. The problem of the research was focused on answering the following question: What are the requirements for the sign in terms of its transformation between the universality and locality in the read-out?

The importance of research is to determine the requirements and mechanisms used in the follow-up of the sign in terms of its interchangeability and transformation between universality and locality in the Iraqi theater in addition to determining the subjective limits of the research in addressing the theatrical show, which employed the sign and its transformations and the interchangeability of these transformations as a performance in (2012) and then the definition of terms and the procedural definition.

The theoretical framework is divided into two sections the first of which deals with the concept of the sign, its essence, and its transformation, in addition to the method of work and the sign interchange between one culture and another. The second section: the aesthetic work of the interchangeability of the sign transformation in the read-out and the effect that the shifting sign leaves between the local and the local on the spectator.

The researchers, through the theoretical framework, reached a number of indicators that were applied to the selected sample through the research procedures. The research procedures included the research community and its limitations and took a model of a selected sample from the research community to see the possibility of operating the theoretical framework indicators on this sample, (Romeo and Juliet in Baghdad). At the end of the research, the researchers reached the results, including that the theatrical show is to employ what can be employed from the arts, cultures, sciences and modern international or local techniques in order to produce a speech based on the harmony of thought and form to produce a content of a unique nature, taking into account the local culture of each region, and way of adapting the international texts and shows to the transformations and sign interchangeability that are appropriate to that culture in order to create the greatest possible impact on the recipient. At the end, the research ends with the conclusions, recommendations and sources

Building of a Static Model for Jeribe Formation in Jambour Oil Field
...Show More Authors

The Jeribe Formation, the Jambour oil field, is the major carbonate reservoir from the tertiary reservoirs of the Jambour field in northern Iraq, including faults. Engineers have difficulty organizing carbonate reserves since they are commonly tight and heterogeneous. This research presents a geological model of the Jeribe reservoir based on its facies and reservoir characterization data (Permeability, Porosity, Water Saturation, and Net to Gross). This research studied four wells. The geological model was constructed with the Petrel 2020.3 software. The structural maps were developed using a structural contour map of the top of the Jeribe Formation. A pillar grid model with horizons and layering was designed for each zone. Followin

POSSIBLE ROLE OF HCMV INFECTION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF HPV POSITIVE CERVICAL CARCINOMA IN A GROUP OF IRAQI WOMEN
...Show More Authors

The cervical cancer considered as the fourth female prevalent disease worldwide, it was once the most extensively recognized female cancer two in many low-income countries. Human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) exhibits broader tropism and can cause infection in most of the human body organs. Although, human cytomegalovirus HCMV is not yet considered an oncogenic virus, there is increased evidences of HCMV infection implication in malignant diseases of different cancer types. The present study aims to evaluate the effect of CMV infection on the development of HPV16 positive cervical cancinoma. The current retrospective study enrolled a number of paraffinized cervical cancer tissues .included 30 cervical carcinomatous tissues and 10 biopsies from an

Impact of MTHFR gene polymorphism on the outcome of methotrexate treatment in a sample of Iraqi rheumatoid arthritis patients
...Show More Authors
Abstract
Analyze the relationship between genetic variations in the MTHFR gene at SNPs (rs1801131 and rs1801133) and the therapy outcomes for Iraqi patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study was conducted on a cohort of 95 RA Iraqi patients. Based on their treatment response, the cohort was divided into two groups: the responder (47 patients) and the nonresponder (48 patients), identified after at least three months of methotrexate (MTX) treatment. A polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR–RFLP) technique was employed to analyze the MTHFR variations, specifically at rs1801133 and rs1801131. Overall, rs1801131 followed both codominant and dominate models, in which in
... Show More

Histological, Histochemical and Amino Acid Profile Study of the Cervical Esophagus in the Iraqi Pin-Tailed Sandgrouse (Pterocles alchata) and Red-Wattled Lapwing (Vanellus indicus)
...Show More Authors

The avian esophagus shows structural and functional differences related to feeding habits and habitat, with mucous secretions and amino acids playing key roles in protection and metabolism. The present study aimed to comparatively investigate the histological, histochemical, and amino acid profile characteristics of the cervical esophagus in the Iraqi pin-tailed sandgrouse (Pterocles alchata) and the red-wattled lapwing (Vanellus indicus). A total of eight adult individuals from each bird species (sandgrouse and lapwing) were collected from the Al-Samawah Desert, Al-Muthanna Province, and AlYusufiyah District, Baghdad Governorate, Iraq, respectively, between October 2025 and January 2026. Histological examination was performed using hematox

The dynamic of an eco-epidemiological model involving fear and hunting cooperation
...Show More Authors

In the present paper, an eco-epidemiological model consisting of diseased prey consumed by a predator with fear cost, and hunting cooperation property is formulated and studied. It is assumed that the predator doesn’t distinguish between the healthy prey and sick prey and hence it consumed both. The solution’s properties such as existence, uniqueness, positivity, and bounded are discussed. The existence and stability conditions of all possible equilibrium points are studied. The persistence requirements of the proposed system are established. The bifurcation analysis near the non-hyperbolic equilibrium points is investigated. Numerically, some simulations are carried out to validate the main findings and obtain the critical values of th

The aim of this scientific study is to diagnose the nature of the relationship between academic education in the field of media, communication and media practice. The university offers theoretical and practical lessons to students on the concepts of communication sciences, theories, models, legislations, ethics, and techniques over three years or more. And the diploma in the field of communication and Media Sciences gives students the opportunity to work in the field of journalism and media in the future, this is what many academics and media thinkers in Algeria believe, while another trend sees the exact opposite: The study of information and communication sciences within the university in the form of theoretical lessons cannot contribu

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of the messengers, Muhammad, and all his family and companions. And after:
For when I had the pleasure of looking at the chapters of the Noble Qur’an, and its evident signs, my view fell on one of its brightest verses, and it is the Almighty saying: ﭽﯜ ﯝ ﯞ ﯟ ﯠ ﯡ ﯢ ﯣ ﯤ ﯥ ﯦ ﯧ ﯨﭼ (). The tag: (God’s Greatness in Creating a Hoopoe). The research methodology required that I divide it into four sections:
The first topic: an overview of birds.
The second topic: the characteristics and characteristics of hoopoe.
The third topic: the logic of the bird.
The fourth topic: Praise the bird.
This has relied in my research on
