A method for Approximated evaluation of linear functional differential equations is described. where a function approximation as a linear combination of a set of orthogonal basis functions which are chebyshev functions .The coefficients of the approximation are determined by (least square and Galerkin’s) methods. The basic formulation of this method and suggested forms for Ridge parameter is applied to the Gross Domestic Product data in Iraq. This data has normal distribution. Free-Space Optical (FSO) can provide high-speed communications when the effect of turbulence is not serious. However, Space-Time-Block-Code (STBC) is a good candidate to mitigate this seriousness. This paper proposes a hybrid of an Optical Code Division Multiple Access (OCDMA) and STBC in FSO communication for last mile solutions, where access to remote areas is complicated.
