Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. The gas flow rate of 15 L/ min and 10 L/ min for OSBC and TSBC was used. The performance of the fabricated systems was studied extensively reaching to the optimum operating conditions. This study is an attempt to reach the correct opinion or to avoid it, and to clarify the disagreement that took place in this issue, especially in the Ash'ari school of thought, and it is also an attempt to reconcile opinions as much as possible, and to explain what may appear to be disagreements among some.

Therefore, I divided this research into two topics, and issued it with an introduction in which I defined the terms that are related to the explanation.

The current research discusses the topic of the formal data within the methodological framework through defining the research problem, limits and objectives and defining the most important terms mentioned in this research. A Mini-TEA CO2 laser system was designed and operated to obtain a pulse at 10.6 μm. Output energy of 30 mJ, with preionization pins, and pulse duration of 100ns were obtained. While an output energy of 6mJ and pulse duration of 100 ns in absence of pre-ionization were obtained. The system was operated with Ernest profile main-discharge electrodes. Dependencies of supply voltage and output laser energy on the pressure inside laser cavity were investigated as well as dependencies of supply voltage and output energy on the main capacitor(8CO2 : 8N2 : 82He :2CO). Efficiency of was calculated to be 4.4%.
