This research is considered a simple attempt and effort which is it first and last target is to point at the procedures of the taxes account that aims to reduce the taxes from the persons and give free to the person who estimates the tax to practice what comes from the competent authorities to describe the person who estimates the tax and not an accountant who practice the accountant procedures which are imposed on him by the annual terms from higher administrations , So he can not evaluate   state of the person who pay the tax , and he might be dissatisfied with his job , because his role can’t  be activated from the general foundation taxes.

This research aims to assess the practice of physical activities by people with intellectual disabilities and its challenges during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic from their families' point of view. The research sample consisted of (87) individuals from families with intellectual disabilities in the Makkah region. An aromatic ester containing two azo groups namely p-nitro phenyl azo-β-naphthyl-(4'-azobenzoic acid)-4-benzoate was synthesized by esterfiaction of 4,4'-azo dibenzoic acid with p-nitro phenyl azo-β-naphthol. Synthesized ester was characterized by CHN-Elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. A modified PVA polymer was obtained by grafting 10 g of PVA-polymer via partial esterification with (2, 3, 4 g) p-nitro phenyl azo-1-naphthyl-4-azobenzoic acid)-4-azo benzoate. Grafting PVA-polymer behaviours was studied, by physical measurements (solubility, swelling), thermal properties (DSC) and tensile.

A new methodology was applied to the synthesis of new imidazolones and oxyazepine derivatives containing imidazo thiazole fused rings. Starting with 5-(4-bromo phenyl) imidazo (2, 1-b) thiazole, which was synthesized using the standard procedure, the Carbaldehyed group was introduced at position 6 of 5-(4-bromo phenyl) imidazo (2, 1-b) thiazole. The emergence and spread of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was a public health problem worldwide that causes nosocomial and community infections. Forty three isolates (71.66%) were characterized as S.aureus, were isolated from 60 different clinical specimens (blood, nose, wound, urine and vaginal) collected from patients from different hospitals of Baghdad. All isolates were resistant (100%) to Aztreonam, Carbenicillin, Cifixime, Cefoxitin, Ceftazidime, and showed high resistance to each of Methicillin, Oxacillin, Ampicillin and Penicillin . the MRSA isolates were typed based on (SCCmec) typing ,the result revealed that SCCmecIVa was the most common in isolates (41.86%), following type IVc (20.93%), type II(16.27%).
