Inspiration Of Typed Paintings From Folk Architecture In Asir Region: مريم محمد العمري

  This research aims to realize one of the pillars of Saudi vision (2030) through searching for new sources full of material folklore that had not previously been studied, so this study will study folk motifs engraved on the doors and windows in the Bani Amru Center in the Al-Namas governorate that is situated in the Asir region , in particular the tribe (Bani Rafe), before being disappeared due to the abandonment of the old architecture by the people of the region and their fascination with modern architecture, therefore I must as one of the people of the region document and preserve that through studying, analyzing, classifying it, then inspiring typed paintings using a new technical typing that have not yet been used in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a large scale, in spite of it is not recently used outside the Kingdom, which is called (monotype), and this technology is known as monotype, where no two similar copies thereof can be taken and it is one of the new typing technologies that is characterized by soft and color surfaces. The research uses the descriptive analytical approach to folk motifs in the region and the experimental approach by implementing five typed paintings inspired by folk motifs in the region

Synthesis and Characterization of New Oxazepines Compounds Derived From D- Galactose

New Schiff bases derived from D-galactose were synthesized by condensation of aldehyde (1,2:3,4-Di-O-isopropylidene-6-carboxaldehyde-α-D-galactopyranose) with different aromatic amines such as (4-bromo, 3-hydroxy, 4-iodo, 4-methoxy) aniline in dry benzene using glacial acetic acid as a catalyst. These compounds were converted to oxazepine derivatives by addition reaction with maleic anhydride in dry benzene as a solvent. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectra, some of them by using 1HNMR spectra and measurement of its physical properties.

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF BIOFILM PRODUCING ENTEROCOCCUS FAECALIS FROM ROOT CANAL

This study was aimed to one of the most prevalent causes for endodontic treatment failure is the presence of Enterococcus faecalis bacterium within teeth root canals. To achieve successful treatment, it is so important to study E. faecalis behavior. The aim of study was to investigate biofilm production and antibiotic sensitivity of E. faecalis isolated from root canals. Results showed isolation of E. feacalis (65%) of samples, identified by specific gene by PCR technique. Most isolates were sensitive to Imipenem and resistant to Erythromycin, Clindamycin, Tetracycline and Trimethoprim. Oxidation of sulfur compounds in fuel followed by an adsorption process were studied using two modes of operation, batch mode and continuous mode (fixed bed). In batch experiment oxidation process of kerosene with sulfur content 2360 ppm was achieved to study the effect of amount of hydrogen peroxide(2.5, 4, 6 and 10) ml at different temperature(40, 60 and 70)°C. which is biodegradable. The removal capacity of chromium(VI) from the synthetically prepared
industrial effluent of electroplating and tannery industrial is obtained.
