New vision of Mr. Abdul Mahdi Al-Muttafiqi in the light of unpublished documents

Al- belenoby , Andalusian obscure poet .I choose to study poetic rhythm in this poetic and the appropriateness of with what  rhythm touring in his self to give beautiful meaning raise to receiver to put the hands of continental placements creativity in poetry .I divided my research into ideas are presented in a sequential manner , I started researching with poetic rhyme than rhyme they represent the form of the poem, they represent the external form of the poem and their music that farm the general concept then the rhetorical styles that represent the internal form of the poem and it music that the listener works and enjoying it part by part all this led to the put the hands of the receiver placement creativity in Belenoby Poet.&nbs

The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability and the nature of the research problem. The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease. One of the main recommendations of the research is: (The necessity to develop a deliberate strategy for tax policy in Iraq which should take into account financial, economic, and social goals in appropriate way).

     After Organization literature era, two literary schools appeared in Turkey and Abdulhaq Hamid is one of this period most prominent poets. During his stay in France with a group of colleagues sent by Turkish Government, he was greatly influenced by the French modern literature and the French modern literary authors.

     The study discusses the concept of time in the poetry of Abdulhaq Hamid. Reading his poetry, it can be noticed that time is important where he frequently refers to day and night, morning and evening as time insinuations. Hence, the present paper gives a brief study of the poet’s life, and sheds lights on his poems that deal with time- concept.
