Semantic Production of the Sign in the Dramatic Act of TV Series: محمد سمير محمد

The researcher, in this academic research, seeks to highlight the role of the semantic production in the dramatic act and to know the extent of its work and importance, because drama is an act and the dramatic work is a group of acts. The dramatic meaning and act are two inseparable concepts that cannot be divided, because each dramatic act is a container of meanings through connotations, signs and symbols. The production of the connotations in the dramatic act is considered one of the important issues in the content language of communication between the sender and recipient in order to get to the intended meaning. These sign connotations engage the spectator in the codifying activity and get him immersed in the events. Production of fibrinolytic protease from various fungal isolates and species 2.Determination of optimum conditions for enzyme production from Pleurotus ostreatus

The optimum conditions for production of fibrinolytic protease from an edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus grown on the solid medium , Sus medium, composed of Sus wastes (produced from extracted medicinal plant Glycyrrhiza glabra) were determined. Addition of 5% of Soya bean seeds meal in Sus medium recorded a maximum fibrinolytic protease activity resulting in 7.7 units / ml. The optimum moisture content of Sus medium supplemented with 5% Soya bean seeds meal was 60% resulting in 7.2 units / ml.Pleurotus ostreatus produced a maximum fibrinolytic protease activity when the spawn rate,pH of medium and incubation temperature were 2,6 and 30°C, respectively. The synthesis and properties of two new series of compounds having 1,3-Oxazepineand 1,3-thiazole rings connected through azo linkage are reported. These compounds weresynthesized by the reaction of phthalic anhydride with Schiff bases. The molecular structuresof these compounds were verified by elemental analysis, FTIR and 1HNMR spectroscopy.The mesomorphic behaviors of these compounds were studied by optical polarizedmicroscopy (OPM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). This study was carried out through cultivation of three types of microalgae; Chlorella sp., Synechococcus, and Anabaena. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The local isolated L. mesenteroides bacteria under the optimal conditions of dextran production showed that, the highly production of dextran was 7.7g achieved by using a modified natural media comprised of 100ml whey, 10g refined sugar, 0.5g heated yeast extract, 0.01g CaCl2, 0.001g MgSO4, 0.001g MnCl2 and 0.001g NaCl at pH 6 and 25̊C for 24 hr of fermentation and by using 1ᵡ106 cell/ml as initial inoculums volume.
