The current study aims to identify the artistic expression as well as the aspects of artistic expression by the painting among the kindergarten children. In order to fulfill the research's goals, a sample of (400) children were chosen randomly from 19 public kindergartens of 6 directorates at Al-Rusafa and Al-Karkh in Baghdad city. The children were asked to draw a particular view. This range of wavelengths (300–356 nm) was chosen. The method showed linearity in the 2–22 μg/mL range, with R2 being2 0.9996. The developed method’s linearity, detection limit, quantification limit, precision, repeatability, and accuracy were all statistically and experimentally validated. The method includes direct charge transfer complexation of doxycycline withp-Bromanil in acetonitrileto form a colored complex. The intensely colored product formed was quantified based on the absorption band at 377 nm under optimum condition.
